4th of July

We’re getting ready for our biggest bash of the year and hope you are as well. Here’s a rundown of events:

SHADOW CLIFF SWIM CLUB
INDEPENDENCE DAY BASH
Hours: 12:00-8:00

4:00pm – 7:00pm BARBECUE
Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Sausages & more!

1:45 pm KIDDIE PARADE
Ride a decorated bike or tricycle or walk in the parade.

2:00 pm EGG TOSS – In pairs
1) Husband and Wife competition
2) Kids competition

3:15 pm COIN HUNT – No goggles, No fins
– Ages 7 to 11 (in main pool)
– Ages 12 and up (in diving well)

3:45 pm The infamous “BEER GRAB” in the diving well.
**Must be 21 years old to play.

4:15pm RELAYS
FAMILY RELAY – A Trophy event. Four members of the
same nuclear family. No age requirements. No subs. Each
participant swims one length. Winning family shall receive
a traveling trophy. Winning this event three consecutive
years will retire the trophy. Sign-up begins at 4:00 at our
front desk.

FOUR MAN RELAY – Each relay must be adult- child-
adult-child—with the adults diving off our starting blocks.
Anyone over the age of 18 qualifies as a parent. Anyone 17
or under qualifies as a child. Sign-ups begin at 4:00 at the adult
cabana. The winners advance to finals at 4:45 p.m. No subs. Prizes
presented to the winning team.
