Private Parties:

Private Parties can be scheduled during Closed Pool Hours. Use the Contact Us. form to book. $50 Deposit Required to hold reservation.

Pavillion Rental:

Pavilions can be rented by members during open pool hours and up to 30 days in advance.  Rent the Cabana by the Baby Pool or by the Diving Board for $100 per 3-hour block.

General

3 hour block includes your setup and clean-up time.  Must be a member to reserve.  Reservation fee must be paid within 48 hours in order to hold your time. Please leave a comment when booking of the estimated number of swimmers expected.

Cabana parties are reservable only during open pool hours. Pavilions may not be available during Club Events, if accidental double booking occurs, your payment will be refunded.

Refunds/Changes

Reservations may be changed to another open time, if needed. Please give us 48 hour notice. Contact Us.  Refunds (less $10 non-refundable deposit) will be considered if club closes due to inclement weather.  No Refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of event.  If another date is available, the event may be switched at the discretion of the pool manager.

Non-Member Guests

Non-Member Swimming Guests will need to be prepaid by purchasing Guest Passes which can be found under the Guests Tab of our site.  On the day of the party, please inform the lifeguard on duty how many guests you have in attendance.  More than 16 non-member swimming guests need the approval of pool manager.
