Membership FAQs

Can we join if we don’t live in the area? Absolutely! Membership to Shadow Cliff is not restricted by residency of any neighborhood. What are the hours the Pool is Open? The pool is open only during summer months. In general, our calendar follows NEISD calendar. Regular Summer Hours (after school is out): Tuesday – Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Closed on Mondays Before School Ends & After School Resumes (weekend schedule): Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Do you offer Summer Only, Tennis Only, or Daily Passes? Unfortunately, we do not offer separate memberships for Pool or Tennis, or a daily fee for non-members. Can I bring guests? Yes! Members can purchase guest passes on our Shop page for a discounted price. Members may bring guests with the following guidelines: • Members must remain on site the entire time with their guests • Guests are limited to 4 visits per year • Guest passes may be purchased in advance on our Shop page at a discounted rate • Guests may also pay at the front desk (cash or credit card accepted) Daily Guest Policy: Up to 5 guests per day are allowed at $5 per guest. Groups exceeding this limit must be booked in advance as a party to ensure proper staffing and safety coverage. Membership is what sustains our community pool — we encourage frequent guests to consider joining. What do I need to do to renew my membership? It’s simple! Click the the link to Join or Renew, choose your plan and check out. Try to use the same email address you used previously and you will be matched and your membership renewed. I don’t have a PayPal account, can I use a Credit Card? We use PayPal as our credit card processor, but you have the option of using a Credit Card to check out for an Annual Membership. If you choose the Installment Plan Membership (5 equal monthly payments), then a Paypal account IS required. PayPal’s business practices will encourage you to create an account. But you can follow the steps to check out as a guest if you wish. It is possible, trust me! What do I do once I join? How do I check in? When you come to the pool, simply give the lifeguard attendant your name and they will check you into the system. Don’t forget to visit the Member Dashboard regularly for additional member news, and events as well as our social media pages.
